NEPTUNE FACTS

Planet: Neptune

NEPTUNE IS THE EIGHTH PLANET OF THE SUN AND THE LAST OF THE KNOWN PLANETS. WHILE IT IS THE THIRD LARGEST PLANET WITH REGARD TO THE MASS, IT IS ONLY THE LARGEST FOUR IN DIAMETER TERMS. DUE TO HIS BLUE COLOR, NEPTUNE WAS APPOINTED AFTER THE ROMAN GOD OF THE SEA.

FACTS ABOUT NEPTUNE

• Neptune needs 164.8 Earth years to orbit the Sun. On July 11, 2011, Neptune completed its first full orbit since its discovery in 1846.

• Neptune was discovered by Jean Joseph Le Verrier. The planet was not known by ancient civilizations because it is not visible to the naked eye. The planet was initially called Le Verrier after its discoverer. This name, however, was quickly abandoned and the name of Neptune was chosen instead.

• Neptune is the Roman god of the sea. In Greek, Neptune is called Poseidon.

• Neptune has the second largest gravity of any planet in the solar system, second only to Jupiter.

• The trajectory of the orbit of Neptune is approximately 30 astronomical units (AU) of the Sun. This means that it is approximately 30 times the distance from Earth to the Sun.

• The largest Neptunian moon, Triton, was discovered only 17 days after Neptune was discovered.

• Neptune has a storm similar to the Great Red Spot in Jupiter. It is commonly known as the Great Dark Point and is approximately the size of the Earth.

• Neptune also has a second storm called Little Dark Spot. This storm is about the same size as Earth's moon.

• Neptune spins very fast on its axis. The equatorial clouds of the planet take 18 hours to complete a rotation. The reason why this happens is that Neptune does not have a solid body.

• Only one spacecraft, Voyager 2, has flown by Neptune. It happened in 1989 and captured the first foreground images of the Neptunian system. The signs of Voyager 2 took 246 minutes, four hours and six minutes, to reach Earth.

• The climate in Neptune is extremely active. In its upper atmosphere, large storms pass through it and high-speed solar winds travel the planet at a speed of up to 1,340 km per second. The biggest storm was the Great Dark Spot in 1989, which lasted about five years.

• Like the other outer planets, Neptune has a ring system, although its rings are very weak. Most likely, they consist of ice particles and dust grains with a carbon-based substance that covers them.

• Neptune has 14 known moons. The largest of these moons is Titan, an icy world that spits particles of nitrogen, ice and dust from beneath its surface. It is believed that Titan was trapped by the immense gravitational attraction of Neptune and is considered one of the coldest worlds in our solar system.

• Neptune has an average surface temperature of -214 ° C, approximately -353 ° F.

The Difference Between Being Intelligent And Being Wise

Intelligent : •   wise, cunning, capable of thinking and reason Wisdom: • The state of being wise • Ability to use knowledge and / or experience wisely • Able to determine what is wise against what is unwise • A saying, a philosophy or other advice considered wise In Short:  An intelligent man has a whole sea of knowledge and knows every fact. On the other hand, a wise man does not have all the knowledge that an intelligent man has, but he has the brain to know when to use knowledge. I have seen a lot of smart people make really stupid decisions. I was one of those people! The information I had before and after these decisions has not changed. But with every wrong decision, if I was willing to learn, my level of wisdom changed. The main difference is that: A smart or intelligent person knows how to solve any problem. A wise person knows how to avoid this problem. Knowledge makes a person intelligent. Experience makes a person wise.

5 Trapezius Exercises Without Weights or any tool

Wanna traps (or trapezius) like Goldberg?     Powerful, bulging traps are eye-catchers that give a real powerful look to your physique. I am, of course, talking about the trapezius muscles, which extends along part of the neck and down the shoulder blades, whose function is to support the arms, move the shoulder blades… and make you look superhuman. Trapezius is an important muscle group which aids in supporting the spine and neck muscles. The trapezius consists of three regions and bodybuilders work on their traps more frequently than any other muscle in upper body. By building traps, one can  increase the upper body strength  which is extremely required for weight lifting. In-addition to that, you will grab more attention from other people. Since it’s not always possible to train with weights, there are a couple of exercises that can really help to build traps just by using your own body-weight. But it’s important to do these exercises ...

Build a film Canister rocket

You will need! - One empty 35mm plastic film canister and lid. These are getting harder to find, but stores that develop film should have some. (The white canisters work much better than the black ones do.) - One fizzing antacid tablet (such as Alka-Seltzer – Get this from your parents) - Water - Safety goggles What to do? Put on those safety goggles and head outside – no really, when this works, that film canister really flies! If you want to try the indoor version, do not turn the canister upside down in step 5.  Break the antacid tablet in half. Remove the lid from the film canister and put a teaspoon (5 ml) of water into the canister. Do the next 2 steps quickly Drop the tablet half into the canister and snap the cap onto the canister (make sure that it snaps on tightly.) Quickly put the canister on the ground CAP SIDE DOWN and STEP BACK at least 2 meters. About 10 seconds later, you will hear a POP! and the film canister will launch into the air...

The average temperature of the planets

Within the Solar System, the average temperature on: • Pluto is around -235°C, • Neptune around -220°C, • Uranus -210°C, • Saturn -184°C, • Jupiter -153°C. • The temperature on Mars varies between about -87°C and -5°C, with an average of around -46°C. • The lowest natural temperature on Earth (recorded at Vostok, Antarctica in 1983) is -89°C; the highest surface temperature on Earth (recorded at Al 'Aziziyah, Libya in 1922) is 58°C; the mean overall temperature on Earth is 14°C. Planet Biography. Planets Surface Temperatures. Why temperatures differs from planets to planets? In general, the surface temperature decreases as the distance from the sun increases. Venus is an exception because its dense atmosphere acts as a greenhouse and heats the surface above the lead's melting point of 880 ° F (471 ° C).

10 Things That Nobody Will Tell You About Life

• If you are unemployed for a long time, no one will give you value or courage, not even your loved ones. Trust me.  • Aesthetic appearance, great physique, impressive social skills, unique career: people must have at least one of these four qualities, otherwise they will not have a dating life. • Most people lie because they talk about divine love. But in reality, they give the highest priority to sexual pleasure instead of love to establish a relationship. • Social networks are highly responsible for extramarital affairs and creating social anarchy. • Online is not a safe place for anyone because the number of perverts, extremists, pedophiles, abusers and stalkers has increased today. • Those people who continually upload their image on social networks are attention seekers, addicted to social networks and most of them are not good people as a person. Do not fall in love with them. • Sometimes you have to ignore people, break the law and follow a different path...

Electric Flux

Electric field can be quantitatively described by using the concept of electric flux. Electric flux is the number of electric field lines penetrating a surface or passing through a surface. The electric field can be uniform or non-uniform. Let us now try to find the electric flux passing through a surface when the field is uniform.

Pluto Facts

Pluto.  1: - The Sun looks 1600 times weaker from Pluto than from Earth. 2: - One year in Pluto is equal to 248 Earth years. 3: - Pluto has not finished an orbit since it was discovered in 1930, taking 248 years to go around the Sun. 4: - About 20 years ago, Pluto's moon, Charon, was discovered. 5: - A day on the planet Pluto is approximately the duration of a week on Earth. 6: - Sunlight takes 8 minutes to reach Earth, 12 minutes and 47 seconds to reach Mars, and 5.5 hours to reach Pluto. 7: - Until 2006 Pluto was considered one of the planets of our solar system, but since 2006 it is classified in a new category called "dwarf planets". 8: Pluto was discovered in 1930 by astronomer Clyde Tombaugh. 9: While it may seem obvious what a planet is, the definition has become more complex since 2006 when the International Astronomical Union voted to reduce Pluto's status (discovered in 1930 and considered a planet since then) to a ...

Why Are Planets Round?

Our Solar System. Big, small but round. But, why all the planets and stars are round?  The eight planets in our solar system differ in many ways. They are of different sizes. They are different distances from the sun. Some are small and rocky, and others are large and gaseous. But all are nice and round. Why is that? Why don't they have cubes, pyramids or discs? Planets are round because of a process known as "spherical shape formation". This process is caused by the forces of gravity and centrifugal force. Gravity is the force that pulls all objects towards the center of mass. The stronger the gravity, the more compact an object will be. As a planet forms, the gravity of all the matter within it causes it to pull together and become denser. This results in the planet becoming more and more spherical in shape. Additionally, as a planet spins on its axis, the centrifugal force caused by this rotation also contributes to the spherical shape. ...
